Registration
The on-line registration will be available once the notifications of acceptance are sent.
The registration fees are as follows:

*Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a fulltime student at the time of the symposium, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.
The registration fee can be paid only by bank transfer. The registration fee must bear all the banking costs. In order to register for the conference, you should fill this registration form and send it and a copy of the bank transfer by email to kksiazko@zarz.agh.edu.pl or by fax to +48 12 636 70 05.
Registration policy:
- A separate registration form must be used for each participant.
- Registration will be valid when full payment is received.
- Certificate of attendance and payment will be issued during the meeting.
Cancellation policy:
Conference registration can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to kksiazko@zarz.agh.edu.pl or a fax to +48 12 636 70 05.
Registrations cancelled:
- On or before 20 June will be entitled to a 50% refund of the cancelled item.
- After 20 June will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be made after the Conference.
